I spent 8.5 years in the casino industry, progressing from a part-time Blackjack Dealer to a Poker Room Supervisor. This experience honed my management and organizational skills, which I now apply to business systems and processes.

While I love helping businesses thrive, I am first and foremost a wife and a mom to two amazing kids. I was born and raised in Ukraine, but have called the US home since 2010. As a family, we're huge sports fans and love watching MLB, NBA, and NHL games. You can also find us playing baseball, softball, basketball, board games, and cards together.

We built a fully custom, branded customer portal, replacing Stripe's default billing portal with a tailored solution that handles complex subscription management, retention strategies, and seamless product delivery; cleaned up and systemized complex automations with delays and specific wait times for both Kajabi automations and Stripe payment integrations.
